What makes a useful report
Include the page URL, exact model or part name, the field you believe is wrong, and a first-party source or clear label photo when available. Do not send a full serial number, account credential or other sensitive information.
Review process
Reports enter a review queue and do not edit the live site automatically. We reproduce the claim against the relevant scope, update the fact and dependent pages when warranted, and record a material change.
Urgent safety issues
For smoke, fire, battery swelling, damaged wiring, electric shock or a recall concern, stop using the device and contact the manufacturer or the relevant public-safety authority. A website correction form is not an emergency channel.
