What makes a useful report
Include the page URL, exact model or part name, the field you believe is wrong, and a first-party source or clear label photo when available. Do not send a full serial number, account credential or other sensitive information.
Review process
Reports are checked against the relevant sources and model scope before any published answer changes. Substantiated corrections update the fact and affected pages, with material changes recorded. Submitting a report never changes a live fact automatically.
Urgent safety issues
For smoke, fire, battery swelling, damaged wiring, electric shock or a recall concern, stop using the device and contact the manufacturer or the relevant public-safety authority. A website correction form is not an emergency channel.
