Check the geometry before committing to a long print
Use the correct K2 Plus profile in the documented slicing route. Compare all axes of the job with the available build envelope. A single length measurement cannot describe a rotated object or all of the structures a sliced job may contain.
Our planning recommendation is to inspect the complete preview, including any supports, Brim or purge structure you choose to generate. This is not a new machine allowance: no fixed margin or additional printable space is claimed here. If the slicer reports an out-of-bounds job, revise it rather than enlarging the machine profile to make it pass.
Separate fit from a successful first layer
A job fitting the envelope does not establish adhesion. Creality’s general first-layer guide checks plate cleanliness, filament/profile matching, print-calibration leveling and then first-layer settings in the official slicer. Start there if a large part does not adhere.
The 120°C bed maximum is not a universal fix for adhesion. The build-volume figure also does not describe desk clearance or service access around the printer. Keep those installation questions separate from the printable envelope rather than deriving them from the 350 mm cube.
Also check the selected quality profile before starting a large multicolor job. Creality’s general parameter guidance says its fine-quality profiles take longer and are not recommended for large-model multicolor printing. A finer profile is therefore not an automatic upgrade for this workload; inspect the sliced result and time estimate before committing.

FAQ
Creality K2 Plus frequently asked questions
Each answer stays within the facts and sources shown on this page.
01Is the full 350 mm cube usable for every K2 Plus print job?
The 350 mm cube is the nominal build envelope, not a guarantee that every sliced job fits. Check the full preview in the correct K2 Plus profile, including structures you add. The specification does not establish a universal clearance deduction.
