Start the fit check with the circular boundary
A rectangular part that appears to fit a nominal width still needs to be checked inside the circular machine profile. Separately, allow for the documented open-door height rather than planning only around the closed machine. Use the installation guide for access and other location requirements; these two measurements are not a full site survey.
Prusa Pro HT90 has the following documented build volume: Ø300 × 400 mm. The same configuration lists height with door open as 1,470 mm with door open. A usable build volume sets the boundary for the object you plan to print. Compare the part in its intended orientation with this envelope before choosing the machine. This measurement is different from the printer’s outside dimensions: fitting the printer on a desk does not establish that a particular part fits inside it.
Prusa Pro HT90 has the following documented height with door open: 1,470 mm with door open. The same configuration lists build volume as Ø300 × 400 mm. Use the documented dimensions to plan the physical installation, retaining the exact configuration and measurement conditions. Allowing for the stated machine outline is a starting point; confirm access for the documented loading, removal and maintenance tasks before committing to a tightly fitted location.
Separate thermal and connectivity decisions
Prusa lists a 155 °C bed limit, a chamber up to 90 °C and 1.75 mm filament. These are distinct values; neither bed nor chamber temperature specifies the correct nozzle setting for a material. The network specification lists Ethernet, a detachable Wi-Fi module and offline operation. Select the intended connection method from the documented configuration rather than assuming every interface must be used.
Prusa Pro HT90 has the following documented filament diameter: 1.75 mm. The same configuration lists build volume as Ø300 × 400 mm. Match the documented filament diameter when preparing a job; nozzle diameter describes a different component. Keep the spool’s material designation and the selected feed route in view as well. Meeting the diameter entry alone does not resolve restrictions on a material feeder, abrasive material or a configuration that the manufacturer has not named.
Prusa Pro HT90 has the following documented heated-bed limit: 155 °C. Treat the bed limit separately from the hotend limit and the installed print surface. Those entries answer different questions, so a higher nozzle maximum does not automatically give the bed or surface the same capability. Use the documented material and surface combination when selecting a print profile rather than treating the maximum as a universal adhesion setting.
Prusa Pro HT90 has the following documented chamber temperature limit: 90 °C. Keep the chamber claim separate from nozzle and bed temperatures. An enclosure, an actively heated chamber and an “up to” chamber-temperature statement are not interchangeable descriptions. For the configuration documented here, check the material guidance and any stated conditions; the chamber entry alone is not evidence that every job reaches the listed maximum.
Prusa Pro HT90 has the following documented network interfaces: Ethernet and detachable Wi-Fi; offline operation available. The same configuration lists build volume as Ø300 × 400 mm. Use the named software and transfer route for the actual configuration documented here. Sending a file, preparing a sliced job and controlling the device are different steps; availability of one route does not confirm every other function. Check the manufacturer’s version and interface conditions before moving a workflow from a neighboring model or an older installation.

Product identifiers in official records
GTINs, UPCs, manufacturer SKUs and model codes can identify different colors, configurations or bundles. Only identifiers stated in official records are shown; an unpublished ASIN is not inferred.
