Dreame Robot vacuums guides

Dreame robot selection starts with floor layout, furniture clearance, step geometry and the exact mop-and-dock system. X60 models, Aqua10 Ultra Roller and Matrix10 Ultra have different documented conditions; headline height and heat figures are not universal home-fit guarantees.

Practical guidance

Tasks for Dreame devices

Research and editing: My Device Guide. Compiled with AI assistance and reviewed against the manufacturer documents and model records cited below. How we verify · Updated:

Compare cleaning mechanisms and dock workflows

The X60 models, Aqua10 Ultra Roller and Matrix10 Ultra represent different documented Dreame configurations. Aqua10’s roller workflow and Matrix10’s multi-mop switching dock answer different ownership questions. Compare the floor types, transitions and cleaning routines you need rather than choosing a machine from one suction or automation headline.

The complete model and package name matters when reading a retailer listing. A feature documented for one of these systems does not establish that another includes the same mop, dock function or solution arrangement. Begin with the linked profile, then check the specific task that could prevent the machine from serving your home.

Furniture entry needs more than body height

For X60 Ultra and X60 Max Ultra Complete, the reviewed US evidence requires at least 3.19 in (8.1 cm) entry height with VersaLift enabled and a flat underside without protrusions. The 3.13 in (7.95 cm) retracted-body figure is not the minimum entry requirement. Measure the entire approach and underside instead of comparing only the body specification.

Keep sensor configuration and the actual furniture shape in the decision. Manufacturer laboratory dimensions describe specified conditions, not guaranteed access under every cabinet or sofa. If a gap is marginal or includes protrusions, obtain the exact model guidance before planning unattended entry; do not turn a slim-profile label into a fit confirmation.

Step geometry changes the crossing claim

X60’s stated 3.47 in (8.8 cm) double-layer crossing condition requires a lower landing wider than 9.06 in (23 cm); its single-layer limit is 1.77 in (4.5 cm). The larger figure describes a particular obstacle geometry. It cannot be used as a universal vertical-doorway height.

Aqua10 Ultra Roller and Matrix10 Ultra likewise distinguish double-layer and single-layer conditions, and Matrix10’s larger claim specifies Hurdle-Style Mode. Photograph and measure the actual transition, including landing width, before comparing it with the guide. A superficially similar step is not evidence that it satisfies all conditions of a manufacturer test.

Separate dock heat from the temperature on the floor

Dreame’s X60 thermal notes distinguish the heated washboard system from the temperature observed on mops after cleaning begins. A high dock-heating number therefore cannot be described as a constant floor temperature. Aqua10 and Matrix10 hot-wash claims also retain a defined measurement location and laboratory condition.

For heat-sensitive flooring, use the floor manufacturer’s care requirements alongside the exact robot instructions. Aqua10’s AutoSeal carpet cover and stated lift mechanism are also model-specific; they do not establish every carpet transition as safe. Separate the cleaning mechanism, measured condition and your surface requirements before choosing an automatic routine.

Plan ownership around the complete configuration

Before buying, settle the dock location, measured furniture gaps and transition geometry, then identify the floor and solution conditions that need confirmation. For an existing machine, retain the full model and sales-region information when selecting supplies or seeking support. Different Dreame names should not be treated as interchangeable parts catalogs.

The supporting source cards identify manufacturer information and its scope. Laboratory suction, object recognition, crossing and heating claims are not independent home-cleaning tests. Use the detailed guides to distinguish established conditions from unresolved questions, and keep a case unconfirmed if the exact household or accessory combination is not supported.
