Roborock Robot vacuums guides

Roborock’s Qrevo Curv, Saros 10R and Qrevo Curv 2 Flow should be compared by mop mechanism, navigation, threshold geometry and dock conditions. Similar Curv names do not establish identical parts or one universal maintenance routine.

Practical guidance

Tasks for Roborock devices

Research and editing: My Device Guide. Compiled with AI assistance and reviewed against the manufacturer documents and model records cited below. How we verify · Updated:

Choose the cleaning mechanism and navigation together

Qrevo Curv documents spinning mops, Saros 10R documents its StarSight navigation and liftable cleaning components, and Qrevo Curv 2 Flow documents a continuously refreshed roller. These are separate configurations, so compare the intended surfaces and movement requirements instead of treating Curv or Saros as a single cleaning specification.

A replacement-parts decision needs the exact model even when a brush or feature has a familiar name. Begin with the profile below and confirm the installed robot and dock before selecting supplies. The same product-family term is not sufficient evidence that a mop, brush or station component is interchangeable.

Single and double-layer thresholds are different

Qrevo Curv’s reviewed US claim distinguishes up to 3 cm standard thresholds from 4 cm double-layer thresholds. Saros 10R’s larger crossing claim likewise specifies a double-layer condition. Measure the height and shape of the actual transition before comparing it with either entry; the larger number is not a universal single-step rating.

Saros 10R lists a 3.14 in (7.98 cm) body height. That helps describe the hardware but does not guarantee furniture passage. Check the complete approach and underside, and keep any mode and clearance conditions in the decision. A nominally low body and a high threshold headline cannot establish unattended access throughout a home.

Manufacturer measurements retain their test conditions

Qrevo Curv’s maximum suction figure is measured in Max+ mode with a full battery. Its spinning-mop speed also has a documented setting condition. These entries describe specific manufacturer tests; they are not a cross-brand pickup ranking or an outcome guaranteed under every cleaning mode.

Qrevo Curv 2 Flow’s suction entry similarly belongs to a full-battery Max+ test. Its roller mechanism is a useful comparison point, but the number cannot establish superior results on your floor by itself. Compare the documented mechanism, surface needs and ownership tasks rather than reducing the choice to the highest pressure figure.

Dock temperatures are not floor temperatures

Qrevo Curv documentation records heated water at the dock’s clean-water dispensers and air at the drying outlet. Saros 10R’s heating entries also identify measurement locations and room conditions. These should not be rewritten as the temperature continuously applied to a floor or a blanket compatibility statement for delicate surfaces.

Use floor-care instructions alongside the robot’s exact settings. Similarly, a liftable mop or chassis is a mechanism with documented conditions, not proof that every rug, fringe or transition is suitable. The model guide is the place to verify the relevant condition before relying on an automatic routine.

Use the manual for recurring care and network checks

Qrevo Curv’s manual distinguishes brush and filter intervals and requires powering off and unplugging before maintenance. Saros 10R has its own separate component instructions. Follow the actual manual rather than deriving one universal Roborock schedule from an automated dock description, and respond to abnormal wear instead of relying only on a calendar.

The selected manual-based troubleshooting routes identify 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and specific charging-contact checks. Keep the exact model and symptom when using those routes. The sources below establish manufacturer guidance; they do not represent our independent cleaning tests or permission to modify a device when a normal support step is insufficient.
