Qrevo Curv not charging or connecting: first checks

Direct answer

If the US Qrevo Curv will not charge, check both ends of the dock power cord and the charging contacts. Before cleaning the robot or dock contacts, switch off and unplug; use a soft, dry cloth. A pairing problem is a separate branch: the US manual supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. These checks do not identify an internal hardware fault.

No charge: power connections, then contact condition

Check the cord at both ends and inspect the robot and dock contact surfaces. If contact cleaning is needed, first switch the product off and remove the plug from the socket. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; this is routine contact care, not an instruction to open the dock.

Pairing failure: check the network band

Curv Wi-Fi setup supports 2.4 GHz only. Keep an app-connection failure distinct from a charging failure; working voice commands do not establish that app pairing succeeded.

Supported Hello Rocky commands can work without Wi-Fi or a phone, but availability is limited to selected languages.

When these checks do not explain the fault

For a persistent fault, use official Roborock support with the exact Qrevo Curv model and symptom. This guide does not prescribe resets, error-code fixes, battery work or safety-system bypasses that are not established by the cited instructions.
