The manufacturer announcement published on 2026-06-18 introduces Granary 2, Granary 2 Vision, Granary 2 Vision Duo and Granary 2 X. These are distinct configurations: the base feeder measures bowl contents; Vision adds camera monitoring, while Vision Duo uses separate chutes and bowls for shared mealtimes. The current series page reserves the designated-pet motorized lid for X. Camera monitoring on Vision or Vision Duo does not itself establish food-theft prevention. This is a historical announcement checked against current manufacturer documentation, not a new October launch or confirmation that every variant is shipping.

The product FAQ says the scale tracks food added, eaten and remaining, while the hopper dispenses approximate portions. Owners who need diet separation should check the exact access-control configuration rather than infer it from AI camera recognition. The Care FAQ says essential feeding and device operation do not require a Care subscription; additional tracking and wellness trends are paid services. For camera models, the product FAQ permits live viewing but requires a subscription to store video in the cloud and states that SD storage is unsupported. Check the exact device and service before paying: Care and Video Cloud are different offers, and this notice does not promise that every recognition or alert feature is free.
