Replacing the standard hardware
Use the MK4S label and the actual installed part when matching a Nextruder component, nozzle or sheet. The documented standard nozzle is high-flow brass CHT, 0.4 mm; a nozzle’s diameter alone does not identify its construction or maintenance method.
Adding MMU3
MMU3 is optional rather than an assumed part of every printer package. The high-flow nozzle works with it, but Prusa recommends considering the standard nozzle for less purge waste at the same speed. Keep that specific recommendation attached to MMU3 use; it is not a general statement that the standard nozzle is always preferable.
Meeting material conditions and choosing software
The specified enclosure with filtration is a condition for ABS, ASA, HIPS and PA, not a prerequisite for every MK4S print. The software paths are separate again: PrusaSlicer handles slicing, while the documented Prusa Connect and mobile-app routes provide remote control. A supported software route does not verify an unlisted accessory.
