Build a repeatable care rhythm
Before maintenance, stop the robot and take it out of charging, then follow the manual for user-accessible brushes, filters, mops, sensors, tanks and the station tray.
Separate cleaning from replacement
Dust or hair buildup usually calls for cleaning first. Cracks, severe deformation, persistent noise or an official app replacement prompt move the decision toward replacement. Do not substitute a fixed day count for actual wear.
Minimum maintenance log
Record the date, exact model, serviced part, observed issue and replacement SKU. This separates recurring faults, normal consumable wear and issues that need official support.
Where the evidence stops
If the official source does not explicitly cover the full model, sales region, dock variant or accessory SKU, keep the result Unknown and ask the manufacturer with the exact label information.
- Do not infer compatibility from appearance.
- Do not transfer electrical or warranty rules across regions.
- Do not perform steps that open the battery or dock electronics.
