X8 PRO OMNI vs T50 PRO OMNI: roller, clearance and care

Direct answer

For the US models, X8 PRO OMNI offers a continuously rinsed roller with 16 water nozzles and 200 RPM rotation; T50 PRO OMNI uses OZMO Turbo 2.0 rotating mop plates and has an 81 mm body. Prioritize the mechanism you want and the actual furniture entrance. T50’s height is not guaranteed clearance, and X8’s higher stated suction alone does not prove better cleaning. Both still require routine care.

Choose between roller rinsing and rotating mop plates

X8 uses OZMO ROLLER at 200 RPM, with 16 clean-water nozzles and removal of scraped dirty water. T50 uses OZMO Turbo 2.0 dual rotating mop plates with continuous water replenishment. These are different mopping mechanisms, not a direct stain-removal ranking.

X8’s TruEdge 2.0 extends the roller with TruEdge 3D edge sensing and an extending side brush. T50’s TruEdge 2.0 combines an extending side brush and variable-position mop plate, with claimed 1 mm edge proximity. The shared technology name does not make the hardware identical.

Compare furniture fit without inventing a clearance guarantee

T50’s body height is listed at 81 mm, but its manual warns that an entrance of similar height can trap the robot. If low furniture is the purchase driver, measure its entry and confirm working clearance.

X8 lists maximum suction of 18,000 Pa and T50 15,000 Pa. These manufacturer ratings describe that specification; they do not settle pickup, durability or suitability for every floor.

Match station functions and runtime modes

X8 station washing adjusts within 40–75°C with 63°C hot-air drying. T50 lists 70°C washing and 45°C drying. These are station operations, not floor-surface temperatures.

Both list 6,400 mAh batteries. For hard-floor standard vacuum-and-mop operation, X8 lists 145 minutes and T50 185 minutes; for silent vacuum-only operation, X8 lists 291 minutes and T50 255 minutes. Do not mix modes to create a larger advantage. These stated runtimes are not a matched independent test.

Compare the work that remains after automation

X8’s US manual separately schedules the roller mop, robot water tray and robot dirty water box for weekly care; its 150-day tray marketing statement does not cover the whole machine. Both manuals also specify weekly main-brush and filter maintenance. Keep each model’s component and replacement schedule separate.

When checking sellers, X8’s US store SKU is OZMOX8M and T50’s is OZT50MP. These are robot listing identifiers, not proof that their docks or consumables interchange.
