DEEBOT T50 PRO OMNI not charging: power, base and contacts

Direct answer

If the US T50 PRO OMNI will not charge, first check that the robot is on, the station has power, its base is fitted correctly and the charging contacts meet. If contacts are dirty, switch the robot off and unplug the station before wiping them with a dry cloth. If the documented checks do not resolve the fault, contact ECOVACS; do not disassemble the battery.

Check power and physical alignment first

Is the robot switched on? Is the station connected to power? Is the station base installed correctly? Do the robot and station charging contacts fully meet? A failed check directs you to that documented setup item; it does not by itself identify a defective component.

Clean only with the required power-off preparation

If contact dirt is the issue, switch off the robot and unplug the station before cleaning. Wipe the contacts with a dry cloth. Do not carry out this cleaning step while the robot and station remain powered for charging.

Use support when the checks do not restore charging

If the recommended checks do not resolve the fault, contact ECOVACS customer service. The manual says not to disassemble the battery yourself. This page covers charging checks, not an unsupported battery repair or Wi-Fi diagnosis.
