For the U.S. evidence set, use Creality's order: clean the build plate, confirm that the filament and slicer profile match, rerun leveling, then review first-layer settings. If those official checks do not restore adhesion, stop changing unrelated parameters and use K2 Plus support.

The U.S. A1 mini record confirms a 180 × 180 × 180 mm printer with a 300 °C hotend, 80 °C bed and 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8 mm nozzle options. AMS lite support is confirmed at 1 unit and 4 colors. Full-size AMS-family support is Unknown because the current U.S. store FAQ conflicts with newer official Wiki connection guides.
Bambu Lab
The U.S. H2S record confirms a 340 × 320 × 340 mm CoreXY single-nozzle printer with a 350 °C hotend, 120 °C bed and 65 °C chamber. It supports first-generation AMS, AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT but not AMS lite; a configured laser edition supports 10 W, not 40 W. Maximum power is Unknown because Bambu Lab's TDS and FAQ conflict.

For the U.S. evidence set, Kobra S1 is a fully enclosed CoreXY printer with a 250 × 250 × 250 mm build volume, a 320 °C nozzle limit, a 120 °C bed limit and documented 0.25/0.4/0.6/0.8 mm hotend sizes. The main specifications list PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS and ASA; other material claims remain outside this page unless their exact conditions are captured.

For the U.S. evidence set, the first-generation Centauri Carbon uses a 0.4 mm brass-hardened steel nozzle with a 320 °C maximum. ELEGOO lists carbon/glass-fiber reinforced filament, PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PET, PC and PA, but that list does not remove each material's drying, plate and slicer-profile conditions or establish Centauri Carbon 2 compatibility.

Remove the assembly only as documented, hold the heat-sink block during the controlled 220 °C cleaning step, then cool fully, reassemble, verify extrusion and re-level. Stop if the official heat-handling sequence cannot be followed.

For the U.S. evidence set, K2 Plus has a 350 × 350 × 350 mm build volume, a 350 °C nozzle limit, a 120 °C bed limit and documented 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8 mm nozzle options. Creality lists PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PET, PA-CF, PLA-CF and PPA-CF; CFS, platform and software choices still require their documented conditions.

For the U.S. evidence set, K2 Plus supports 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8 mm nozzles with a 350 °C maximum, and 0.4 mm is included. For CF-reinforced filament, Creality says to avoid 0.2 mm and prefers 0.6 mm, followed by 0.4 mm, with the documented temperature and cleaning conditions.

For the U.S. evidence set, 1 CFS provides 4 slots, and the K2 Plus page lists configurations up to 4 CFS units and 16-color printing. Do not feed TPU through CFS: flexible filament can bend in the path and cause loading or unloading failure.

For the U.S. evidence set, wait until the filament has cooled completely before removing or unplugging the Kobra S1 hotend. Early removal can leave cooled filament lodged in the throat. The documented hotends are 0.25/0.4/0.6/0.8 mm with a 320 °C maximum, but those specifications never authorize handling while hot.

For the U.S. evidence set, 1 first-generation ACE Pro provides 4-color printing and 2 units provide up to 8 colors. TPU 95A is not compatible with ACE Pro multicolor feeding, so it remains a single-color direct-feed task.
Bambu Lab
For the U.S. A1, Bambu Lab labels PLA, PETG, TPU and PVA ideal. It labels ABS, ASA, PC, PA, PET and carbon/glass-fiber reinforced polymer not recommended. A hardened nozzle does not by itself override the whole-printer material boundary.

For the MK4S, Prusa lists a 250 × 210 × 220 mm build volume, 0.4 mm high-flow brass CHT nozzle, 290 °C nozzle maximum and 120 °C heatbed maximum. First-layer calibration is automatic through Loadcell. Several materials are supported directly; ABS, ASA, HIPS and PA are conditioned on the Original Prusa Enclosure with filtration.

Stop before printing and check the rear serial label. CPSC says affected A1 units have “A” as the 6th serial-number character. If affected, stop use and follow the official refund or replacement remedy; do not attempt a self-repair.

A1 supports one AMS lite for up to four colors. The current U.S. product FAQ also says full-size AMS, AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT can connect through the A1-series AMS HUB accessory SA013. The hub requirement is the key condition.

The U.S. P1S page documents a 256 × 256 × 256 mm enclosed printer with an all-metal hotend, included 0.4 mm stainless-steel nozzle, 300 °C hotend maximum and 100 °C bed maximum. It labels common polymers ideal and PA/PC capable, but warns against fiber-reinforced filament before an extruder and hotend upgrade.

Clog indicators include inconsistent extrusion, curling at the nozzle, gaps or missing layers and extruder clicking. The MK4S ships with a high-flow nozzle, and Prusa says the acupuncture-needle procedure does not apply to high-flow nozzles. Identify the installed nozzle before proceeding.

MK4S first-layer calibration is automatic through Loadcell, so start with sheet preparation and mechanical conditions, not blind Z-height changes. Check the material-specific surface procedure and expansion joints; cool and power off before the instructed nozzle check, then run the LoadCell test.
